Beena Kazi
Beena built Truesight Talent on precision. Her background is deep in medicine and science, with expertise spanning molecular biology, biomedical science, and pharmacology, and a career-long passion for optometry.
That passion is where the name comes from. Optometry is the science of clear sight, and Beena saw a gap in how talent gets evaluated: too many capable people overlooked because a résumé didn't match a keyword. Truesight is how she's bridging it, seeing the person rather than just the paper.
As CEO and Founder, Beena leads the firm's client relationships, operations, and growth across industries. She's supported by a dedicated team based in Texas and is proud to employ veterans, whose discipline and judgment raise the standard for everyone.
